We print and fulfil from Brisbane and ship Australia-wide with Australia Post (and carrier services as offered at checkout). Wherever you are based in New South Wales, we can produce your order and send it out to you.
Handling options (guide)
Handling times depend on the product and tier you select. Always check the estimated dates on the product page and at checkout — they are the best guide for that line item. As a general summary:
- Standard (default): typically 6–10 business days handling for many custom and full-price garments.
- Express: 3–4 business days handling. Express orders are prioritised for 3 to 4 Business day handling and are printed ahead of standard turnaround.
- Same day: where offered — Order by 10:30am on any business day, the order will be ready/dispatch 4–5pm same day. Cut-off times and fees are confirmed at checkout.
- On sale and promotional lines: handling is usually 6–10 business days; the product page will show what applies.
Handling surcharges for faster options (where available) and volume discounts on eligible orders are calculated at checkout — you will see the totals before you pay.
Printing and your artwork
We use professional digital printing methods (Direct to Film (DTF) and Direct to Garment (DTG)). Orders proceed to print with the artwork supplied at checkout. The method used depends on design and garment colour.
