The most useful way to plan an NSW order is to separate two decisions: how quickly the shirts are printed and how they travel after dispatch. An eligible same-day print can leave production quickly, but it still needs postal transit to Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong or a regional address. This guide helps you choose both stages and avoid announcing an arrival date based on a production estimate alone.

1. How does ordering from NSW work?
Browse our custom printed T-shirts and apparel and choose a product suited to the wearer and your deadline. Select the garment colour and sizes, add your logo or design in the online studio, proof the layout, then enter your NSW delivery address and complete checkout. We prepare the artwork as supplied, print the eligible order in Brisbane, pack it and send it by the postal service chosen at checkout. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Many individual custom products allow a single shirt, while dedicated bulk products have their own quantity rules. If you need shirts for a Sydney office, a Newcastle event, a Wollongong crew or several regional branches, the same online ordering process applies. 2. Same-day, express or standard production?
Production or handling is the time required to make your order ready for dispatch. The estimate belongs to the selected product, not to the state you live in. Some styles, colours, print placements and quantities may have different conditions, so read the current product page before choosing a service.

The time frames are guides for eligible products. They are not an arrival promise, and some sale or specialty lines may differ. Weekends and Queensland public holidays do not count as workshop business days. 3. What time is the noon cut-off in Sydney?
The cut-off is always 12 noon in Brisbane (AEST) for eligible same-day orders. Queensland does not observe daylight saving. Sydney does, so the time on a Sydney clock changes for part of the year:

The NSW Government’s daylight saving page publishes the current start and end dates. These Sydney examples also suit places on Sydney’s time zone; some NSW localities have different time rules, so use the Brisbane clock if in doubt. Importantly, the entire eligible order—not just the draft design—must be completed by the cut-off. A paid order that still needs missing artwork or size details can miss the production window.
4. Standard Post or Express Post to NSW?
Once the shirts are printed and packed, Australia Post carries the order to your selected NSW address. At checkout you can select the available Standard Post (Parcel Post) or Express Post option for the parcel and destination. Charges and options are shown before payment. Express Post changes postal transit; it does not make a standard-production shirt print faster.
If you need the fastest available combination, choose a suitable faster production product and then Express Post. If the event is well ahead, a standard-production item with Standard Post may leave enough room. Australia Post’s delivery-speed guidance depends on the origin and destination postcodes and network conditions. Its next-business-day Express conditions apply only within the eligible network; do not assume every NSW address will receive a Brisbane parcel the next morning.
Our shipping and delivery page has the current options and general estimates. The best planning formula is product handling estimate + postal transit estimate + a buffer for an immovable deadline. No amount of fast postage recovers a day lost to incomplete artwork or a garment that is unavailable.
5. Make the shirt fit the NSW job
For Sydney businesses: a small readable logo and a comfortable repeatable garment may matter more than a giant front graphic. Confirm the size chart with the people who will wear it, especially if several teams or locations are involved. Keep the exact style and artwork version on file so the next staff reorder matches. For events and clubs: work backwards from the date when you need shirts in hand, not merely printed. Allow time to receive the parcel, sort by size and distribute it. Collect one final list that pairs each garment size with any individual name or number. For retail merchandise: choose a tee people will actually wear, and review how the artwork sits on the smallest and largest styles ordered. A one-off full-colour illustration and a small chest mark can call for different layouts. We use suitable digital direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) methods; the choice depends on garment fabric, colour and artwork. Whatever the purpose, provide a clear original image and proof all words, dates, backgrounds and print positions. We print artwork as supplied. 6. Sydney metro, Greater Sydney and regional NSW
We send orders to Sydney and Greater Sydney, including the CBD, Western Sydney, North Shore and Northern Beaches, as well as NSW destinations such as Newcastle, the Central Coast, Wollongong, the Blue Mountains, Wagga Wagga, Dubbo, Orange, Tamworth, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Lismore, Albury and regional towns served by Australia Post. Enter the exact delivery address and postcode at checkout. Transit to a regional or remote address can differ from a Sydney metro estimate.
If your parcel is going to a venue, a workplace reception, a PO Box or an address with limited access, make sure the selected service can deliver there and that the address details are complete. If you need shirts distributed to several NSW sites, contact us before ordering to discuss the quantities and dispatch arrangement. Do not assume one checkout delivery charge includes multiple destinations.
Example: a Newcastle organiser needs 40 event tees for a Saturday morning. The useful deadline is when the organiser can receive and sort the shirts on a prior day. They should first confirm garment sizes and artwork, then select a production service whose estimated completion leaves enough time for postage and sorting. Ordering a same-day product on Friday for Saturday delivery would be a poor plan, even if the order meets the Brisbane print cut-off.
7. Who makes the shirts, and what can we confirm?
T Shirts Australia is an Australian-owned, family-operated business run by David Seth. David has worked in commercial apparel decoration since around 2005, and the business began as The Custom T Shirt Shop in 2010. Eligible custom orders are decorated at our Coorparoo, Brisbane workshop. Our About Us page shares more of the business history and team.
For an NSW customer, that means you can identify the business making the print, read the selected garment’s details and handling estimate, and ask a specific question before committing to a time-sensitive order. We can discuss product suitability, artwork, print placement and the production stage. Australia Post controls the subsequent journey, and its delivery estimates should be treated separately.
We also distinguish printing location from garment manufacture. Most blank T-shirts we use are manufactured in Bangladesh and sourced through Australian wholesalers. Do you have a T-shirt print shop in Sydney?
No. We print eligible custom orders at our Brisbane workshop and ship to Sydney and across NSW via Australia Post. This is an online service for NSW customers, not a Sydney walk-in printing location.
Can you print a T-shirt the same day and deliver it to Sydney that day?
Eligible products can be printed and ready for dispatch the same business day when the order is complete by noon Brisbane time. Delivery to Sydney takes additional postal transit time. Same-day production is not same-day Sydney delivery.
What is the same-day order cut-off in Sydney?
It is always 12 noon in Brisbane. That is 12 noon Sydney time outside daylight saving and 1 pm Sydney time during NSW daylight saving. The entire eligible order, final artwork and payment must be complete, subject to product conditions.
Can I choose Express Post without express printing?
Yes, where that postal option is offered at checkout. It speeds the delivery stage after dispatch but leaves the selected product’s production estimate unchanged. Choose an express-production product too if you need both stages prioritised.
Do you ship beyond Sydney?
Yes. We send to NSW addresses served by Australia Post, including regional destinations. Enter the exact address and postcode at checkout for the available postal options and allow for the destination’s transit time.
Can I order one custom T-shirt?
Yes, individual custom-print products are available. Dedicated bulk products have their own minimums and quantity conditions, so check the selected product page.
Can our club or business order a large mixed-size run?
Yes, subject to the selected product and production capacity. Prepare a complete size list and final artwork. For a deadline, multiple designs or personalisation, contact us before paying so we can assess the full job.
Can I send my own garments from NSW for printing?
Our separate BYO service may accept suitable supplied garments under its conditions. Allow time for your garments to travel to Brisbane, be assessed and printed, then travel back. Same-day supplied-garment eligibility does not automatically apply to BYO orders.
