BYO T-Shirt Printing allows you to bring in garments and have your designs professionally printed onto them. This flexible service gives you the freedom to select your preferred T-Shirts while we handle the technical details to deliver vibrant, lasting results.

Drop off or post your garments to our Brisbane shop (include your order details).
Email your artwork (PNG/EPS, 300 DPI, transparent where needed).
Confirm placement & size (front, back, sleeves; cm sizes).
We print using the best method for your fabric (DTG/DTF).
Collect or we ship Australia‑wide with tracking.

Pricing for BYO T-Shirt Printing

Prices are per garment, per placement (front only; front + back; sleeves optional). GST included. Large prints, special placements or complex fabrics may need to be quoted.

Turnaround Times

Standard: about 10 to 15 business days (production time only).

Please Note: At the current time we are not offering expedited services on BYO Garments, due to Customers unrealistic exptations.

Orders for Same-Day to Next-Business-day printing must be placed and paid for by 10:30 AM on the day. Express Printing is 3-4 business days turnaround. These services do have a surcharge per garment.

Not Available at the current time. Same-Day add $11.00 per garment, Express add $5.50 per garment.

Artwork requirements

File types: PNG (transparent background) or EPS.
Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size.
Colours: Solid colours print best; gradients/very light transparencies can look patchy.
Small detail: Artwork should not have elements narrower than 4px (1mm) to avoid any issues. Avoid ultra‑thin text.
We don’t create art: We print what you supply; We carry out basic checks only.

What Types of T-Shirts Are Suitable for Printing?

Best results:

100% cotton (DTG or DTF)
Polyester & blends (DTF only; test prior to printing is recommended for performance fabrics)

We don’t print on:

Jackets, hats/caps, aprons, bags, underwear, tea towels or tricky lifestyle items
TEMU or SHEIN garments
Rib knit garments

Supplied Garments Waiver

When you provide garments for BYO printing, the printing is at your own risk. Supplied items vary in fabric, dye and construction, and may react differently to heat and inks. We cannot guarantee results or replace BYO garments if issues occur (misprints, dye migration, press marks, shrinkage, etc.).
For guaranteed results, choose from our stocked garments where we control both the blank and the print.

FAQs

Can you print on any T‑shirt?
We recommend new, unworn, unwashed garments. Cotton is best; polyester/blends are fine with DTF. Performance fabrics should be tested first.

Are these “iron‑on” transfers?
No. We use DTG and DTF printing methods, both are professional methods for durable results.

Do you fix artwork?
We don’t create or redesign artwork. We’ll flag obvious issues, but BYO is printed as supplied.

How should I wash printed garments?
Cold wash, inside out. Don’t bleach. Avoid high‑heat tumble drying. Don’t iron directly on the print.

Do you offer Australia‑wide shipping and local pick‑up?
Yes, we use Australia Post tracked parcels for Australia‑wide shipping and Brisbane pick‑up is from our Norman Park Store.
