How It Works
- Bring Your T-Shirt: Drop your T-shirt to our shop or ship them to us.
- Email Your Design: Send your artwork in a high-resolution format (PNG or EPS). (Please be aware artwork is not created by T-Shirts Australia.)
- Choose Placement: Decide placement of the print, front, back or both.
- Finalise Your Order: Our team will assist in getting your order ready for printing.
- Print and Deliver: We’ll print your design and either deliver it to your door (using Australia Post) or notify you when it’s ready for collection.

Turnaround Times
- Standard Service: 6–10 business days.
- Express Service: 3–4 business days (+$5.50 per shirt).
- Same-to-Next Business Day Service: 1–2 business days (+$11.00 per shirt).
Orders for same-day or next-business-day printing must be placed and paid for by 10:30 AM.
What Types of T-Shirts Are Suitable for Printing?
To achieve the best results, we recommend the following:
- 100% Cotton T-Shirts: Perfect for DTG and DTF printing, offering smooth and vibrant results.
- Polyester and Blends: Possible but more challenging, DTF printing only.
- New, Unworn, Unwashed T-Shirts Only: Please remove all tags, stickers, and packaging prior to providing your garments.
Items We Do Not Print On:
- Hats, caps, aprons, bags, underwear, tea towels, or lifestyle products.
Supplied Garments Waiver
When you provide your own garments:
- Printing is done at your own risk, as we may not have prior experience with your specific items.
- BYO garments are not covered by guarantees, and we do not replace them in the event of issues.
- No refunds will be provided for errors on BYO items.
