• Track order history
• Checkout faster next time
• Receive offers

You can also create an account after a guest order. Ready to start? Browse our shop or begin custom printing.

Saved designs are kept for 3 months (90 days) from the last modification date. You’ll get an email reminder 2 weeks before expiry.

Open and save a design again to reset the countdown. Start designing via custom T-shirt printing.

Brave Shields can block parts of the design canvas. Try this:

1. Click the Brave Shields icon in the address bar
2. Set Shields to Down for our site only
3. Refresh the page

Or keep Shields up but allow fingerprinting and cookies for our site. If issues continue, use Chrome or Firefox. Need help? Contact us.

Yes. Our online design builder includes one-click background removal (powered by remove.bg).

1. Upload your image in the design builder
2. Select the image on the canvas
3. Click Remove Background

Your subject is left with a transparent background, ready for custom T-shirt printing.

• Check whether an ad blocker/privacy extension is blocking Google Fonts
• On Brave, lower Shields for our website
• Try Chrome (recommended)

DPI (Dots Per Inch) measures print resolution:

• 300+ DPI — excellent (recommended)
• 200–299 DPI — good
• 150–199 DPI — acceptable, may look slightly soft
• Below 150 DPI — may look pixelated when printed

The design builder shows a quality indicator for uploads. For print-ready files, start with custom T-shirt printing or bring your garment via BYO printing.

We accept:

• JPG/JPEG — best for photos
• PNG — best for logos/transparency
• SVG — vector (best at any size)
• PDF — print-ready files

Maximum file size: 10MB per image. For best results use 300 DPI or higher. Upload in the builder via custom T-shirt printing.

Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically in your cart:

• 3–4 items: 3% off
• 5–9 items: 5% off
• 10–19 items: 10% off
• 20+ items: 20% off

Volume discounts cannot be combined with coupon codes — whichever saves more is applied. Great for teams and events — see blank T-shirts or custom T-shirt printing.

Before completing your order you must confirm:

• Copyright ownership — you have rights to use all images/text in your design
• Design approval — you have reviewed the design and it looks correct
• Liability acknowledgement — you understand we print what you submit

Yes. We ship to all Australian states and territories (QLD, NSW, VIC, SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT). Shipping is calculated at checkout by location and order size. Brisbane pickup is also available.

Standard handling is typically 3–5 business days to produce your items. On eligible products we also offer:

• Express (1–2 business days) — additional fee
• Same Day — for urgent orders (order before the cutoff shown at checkout, usually 10am)
