Yes, you can order custom printed T-shirts for delivery to Western Australia from T Shirts Australia. We print eligible garments at our workshop in Coorparoo, Brisbane, then dispatch them to WA addresses through Australia Post. At checkout you can choose the available Standard Post or Express Post option for your address. On selected custom products, you can also choose a same-day, express or standard production service. Production and postage are two separate decisions.

That distinction matters if your shirts are for a launch in Perth, a club in Bunbury, a team in Kalgoorlie or an event further north. A shirt can be printed today in Brisbane and still take time to travel across the country. We want you to choose the garment and timing that suit the day you actually need it in your hands.

1. How does a T-shirt order get from Brisbane to WA?

Start with a custom printed T-shirt or other eligible garment. Select its colour, size, quantity and print locations, then upload suitable artwork or use the available online design tools. Check the product’s estimated handling and complete payment. We prepare and print the order in Brisbane, pack it and dispatch it using the postal service selected at checkout. Tracking details are provided after dispatch.

Our team is based in Brisbane. We do not have a Perth or WA print shop, and “T-shirt printing for Western Australia” describes service and delivery to WA, not a claim that your shirt is printed locally in WA. The production location, postal method and estimated delivery date should all be clear when you plan your order.

If your organisation needs a particular garment origin as well, ask about the exact product. Australian ownership and Brisbane decoration do not mean the blank shirt was manufactured in Australia. Most of our blanks are manufactured in Bangladesh and sourced through Australian wholesalers; our Australian-owned business guide explains the supply chain.

2. Choose how quickly the shirts are printed

The production service controls when your order is expected to be ready for dispatch. It does not control Australia Post’s travel time to WA. Selected products have different handling options, stock conditions and estimates, so use the specific product page and checkout as the current guide.

Production serviceTypical guideWhat to check
Same-dayAn eligible, complete order placed by 12 noon Brisbane time on a business day can be printed and ready for dispatch that day. An order completed after the cut-off is normally handled the following business day.Choose an actual same-day product, finalise garment details and artwork, and complete payment by 10 am Perth time. Check the product’s stock and conditions.
ExpressTypically 3–4 business days of production for selected express items.Select an express production product or service; Express Post alone does not change the print schedule.
StandardTypically 3–5 business days of production on standard custom items.Review the chosen style’s handling estimate, especially for a large quantity or unusual colour or size.

The WA clock matters for same-day orders. Brisbane is on Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and Perth is on Australian Western Standard Time (AWST). Noon in Brisbane is 10 am in Perth. A WA customer who completes checkout at 11 am Perth time has missed the Brisbane noon cut-off. Weekends and Queensland public holidays are not production business days; special closures or product conditions may also affect availability. Our same-day printing guide has the full eligibility checklist.

Make sure the entire order is usable, including correct sizes and colours, chosen print positions, final artwork and payment. A design in the cart or an email asking us to hurry a standard product does not change its service tier. For a fuller explanation of handling, see Handling Times & Delivery: What to Expect.

3. Choose Australia Post Standard or Express Post

After production, your finished order is packed and dispatched from Brisbane. At checkout, select the available Australia Post service for your WA address: Standard Post (Parcel Post) or Express Post. Shipping options and charges are confirmed before payment. Express Post speeds up the postal part where available; it does not turn a standard-production shirt into a same-day print.

Australia Post provides service coverage and delivery-speed guidance. Express Post is an Australia-wide service, but next-business-day delivery is limited to its eligible next-business-day network and conditions. Do not assume a parcel from Brisbane will reach every WA postcode the next day, even when you select Express Post. Transit depends on the sending and destination postcodes and network conditions.

ChoiceWhat it changesWhat it does not change
Same-day or express productionThe expected time to print and prepare an eligible order in Brisbane.Australia Post’s transit time after dispatch.
Express PostThe postal service used after dispatch, when offered for the order and address. The selected product’s production estimate.

For the fastest available combination, select an eligible faster production product and Express Post at checkout. For an order planned well ahead, standard production and Standard Post may be suitable. Neither combination guarantees an event date without allowing for the full journey. Our shipping and delivery page sets out current options and general transit guidance.

4. Can you ship to Perth and regional Western Australia?

Yes. We accept online orders for WA destinations served by Australia Post, including the Perth metropolitan area and regional centres such as Fremantle, Mandurah, Bunbury, Geraldton, Albany, Kalgoorlie, Esperance, Karratha, Port Hedland and Broome. A postcode can sit a long way from a metropolitan sorting centre, so the same production service can result in different arrival estimates for two WA customers.

For regional or remote locations, enter the exact delivery address and postcode at checkout to confirm the available postal options. Allow a sensible buffer for events, staff starts and campaign launches. Do not treat a Perth metro estimate as a promise for the Pilbara, Kimberley or Goldfields. If you need a shipment to a site, PO Box or another address with access requirements, check that the address can receive your chosen Australia Post service and provide complete delivery details.

A WA business with multiple locations can order for its team, but please confirm whether the checkout order supports your intended delivery arrangement. If shirts need to go to more than one address, contact us before ordering so the quantities and dispatch plan are clear.

5. How to choose the right WA T-shirt order

Begin with who will wear the shirts. A light tee for an outdoor event, a regular staff uniform and a heavier garment for retail merchandise serve different purposes. Compare the actual product’s fabric, cut and measurements; do not assume “medium” means the same thing across brands. Our T-shirt selection guide and size and fit guide help you make that decision before collecting a group size list.

We use digital direct-to-garment (DTG) and direct-to-film (DTF) printing on suitable products. The garment, artwork, colour and selected print area influence the method and final feel. We do not currently offer screen printing or embroidery through this custom service; the method comparison explains the differences. If your WA club or business is ordering a larger batch, read our bulk ordering guide for size lists, artwork variations and quantity planning.

Send artwork that is ready to print. Use a suitable original file at the intended print size. Check spellings, names, colours, background transparency, and which design belongs on each print position. A blurry screenshot will still look blurry on fabric. Our print-ready artwork guide helps you proof the file before checkout.

Work backwards from your date. If an order is needed for a Saturday event in Perth, it should arrive early enough to check and distribute the shirts before Saturday. Choose the latest acceptable delivery date, allow postal transit to that postcode, then select a product whose production estimate leaves room. An eligible Friday same-day print in Brisbane still needs postal transit and should not be presented as a Friday Perth delivery.

6. What is the value of ordering from our Brisbane workshop?

T Shirts Australia is an Australian-owned business run by David Seth. David’s apparel decoration experience goes back to around 2005, and the business began as The Custom T Shirt Shop in 2010. Our workshop in Coorparoo is where eligible custom orders are decorated; our online product pages show garment details and handling estimates before you pay. The About Us page introduces the business and team.

For a WA customer, the practical benefit is being able to choose a specific garment, submit artwork online, select the production service offered for that product, then select a postal service for the address. You can contact the same Brisbane business that arranges the print if you need to discuss an unusual garment, large run or deadline. We can give useful advice when we have the real details; we cannot promise a delivery date from a state name alone.

If your event date is fixed, send us your product link, WA postcode, quantity, size list, artwork and required date before checkout. That lets us assess the order and the time available. We do not need you to be in Brisbane to help you plan a shirt order for WA.

Frequently asked questions about T-shirt printing for WA

Do you print T-shirts in Perth?

No. Eligible custom shirts are printed at our Coorparoo, Brisbane workshop and shipped to Perth and other WA destinations by Australia Post. This page serves customers in WA; it does not claim a local Perth print facility.

Can you deliver custom T-shirts anywhere in Western Australia?

We ship to WA addresses served by Australia Post, from Perth metro to regional and remote areas. Enter your address and postcode at checkout to confirm the postal options offered for that order. Exact transit times vary by destination.

Can a same-day order arrive in WA the same day?

No. Same-day means eligible orders can be printed and ready for dispatch in Brisbane on the production day. Postal transit to WA follows after dispatch, even with Express Post.

What is the same-day cut-off for a Perth customer?

It is 10 am Perth time on a business day, equivalent to 12 noon Brisbane time, for eligible products. The garment selection, final artwork, order details and payment must all be complete. Product availability and current service conditions still apply.

Is Express production the same as Express Post?

No. Express production prioritises printing and handling for an eligible product, typically 3–4 business days. Express Post is the faster Australia Post transit option selected at checkout after production. You can choose the available combination that fits your deadline.

How long does shipping from Brisbane to WA take?

It depends on the sending and receiving postcodes, chosen Australia Post service, and current network conditions. Review the delivery guidance and checkout options, and allow time for production before the parcel is dispatched. Contact us before ordering if your date is critical.

Can I order one shirt or a larger run?

Individual custom T-shirt options and bulk products are available. Check the selected product’s quantity rules, garment options and handling estimate. A large or highly personalised run may need extra planning.

Can I send my own T-shirts from WA to be printed?

Possibly through our separate BYO printing service, subject to garment suitability and its terms. You would need to allow time for your garments to reach Brisbane, printing, and the return trip. Same-day supplied-garment options do not automatically apply to BYO orders.

Are your T-shirts manufactured in Australia?

Most of the blank T-shirts we use are manufactured in Bangladesh and sourced through Australian wholesalers. The custom decoration for eligible orders happens in Brisbane. Check the origin of a specific selected garment if it matters to your purchasing requirements.

Ready to order for WA? Start with the custom printed T-shirt range, check the garment and production estimate, enter your WA address, then choose Standard Post or Express Post where available. For an event or unusual order, ask us about the full timeline before paying.
