Why We Recommend the Printer 160 Tee

We recommend the Printer 160 when a customer wants a lighter cotton T-shirt with a neater, more contemporary fit. Its smooth fabric provides a clean surface for business logos, event artwork, merchandise and promotional designs.

The 160gsm fabric is lighter than many traditional cotton tees, making it a practical choice for everyday wear, warmer conditions, events and staff uniforms. The reinforced shoulder seams and elastane neck rib help give the garment a more structured finish than a basic lightweight promotional shirt.

It is important to understand that this is a modern-fit, lightweight tee. It is not an oversized, heavyweight or loose streetwear-style garment. If you want a heavier shirt or a relaxed oversized fit, another garment will be a better choice. We would rather help you choose the right shirt than sell you one that does not suit its intended use.

Fabric and Garment Details

Most Printer 160 colours are made from 100% organic cotton. Grey Melange contains 85% organic cotton and 15% viscose, which gives it its characteristic marled appearance.

The tee features short set-in sleeves, reinforced shoulder seams, a four-layer neck rib containing elastane and double stitching around the neckline. The garment supplier lists the Printer 160 as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Custom Printing

Your design can be printed on the front, back, left sleeve, right sleeve or the additional positions displayed in the online designer. The maximum usable print size depends on the garment size, artwork proportions and selected position.

A standard front or back design can be printed up to approximately 400 × 450mm where the garment size and placement allow. Sleeve prints are normally smaller because the available area changes according to the shirt size and artwork shape.

We use DTF or DTG digital printing according to the garment colour, artwork and desired result. Our production team selects the appropriate printing method rather than expecting customers to understand the technical differences between the processes.

The product price and additional print-position fees are displayed while you build the order. Printing on more than one area will increase the finished price.

Artwork Requirements

For the cleanest result, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Artwork should be supplied at the required proportions and ready to print. Low-resolution images, extremely fine lines and very small text may not reproduce clearly.

If you create your artwork with the online design tool, check the spelling, placement, scale, print positions and selected garment colour before submitting your order. We produce the shirt using the design supplied with the order.

Available Colours

The custom printed Printer 160 Tee is available in:

Black, Fresh Green, Grey Melange, Navy, Ocean Blue, Red, Steel Grey and White.

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. The product images provide a useful guide, but they should not be treated as an exact colour-calibrated representation of the physical garment.

Available sizes are XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Availability may vary by colour and current supplier stock.

The Printer 160 has a modern men’s fit rather than an oversized or heavy relaxed fit. Check the product size guide before ordering, particularly when purchasing shirts for a team, workplace or event.

Production, Collection and Delivery

Standard handling is 6–10 business days and begins after the order and print-ready artwork have been received. Handling time is the time required to produce the order and does not include shipping time.

Completed orders can be collected from our Coorparoo collection point after you receive confirmation that they are ready. Australia-wide delivery is also available, with shipping options and costs displayed during checkout.

Ordering the Printer 160 Without Printing

If you do not require custom printing, you can order the Printer Activewear Men’s Printer 160 Tee as a blank garment.

Care Instructions

• Wash the shirt inside out
• Use a cold or gentle machine wash
• Wash with similar colours
• Avoid bleach and fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry unless permitted by the garment label
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Follow the garment label and supplied print-care instructions
