Same Day printing is for orders that need to be ready today. It applies only to the products in this category, with artwork that is already print-ready. Order Same Day before 12 noon on a business day and it’s usually ready later that afternoon, around 4–5pm. We’ll notify you when it’s ready. Please wait for that message before coming in. Once you receive your notification, you can collect your order from our 24/7 collection box in the laneway between 21 and 17 Castlemaine St. Orders placed after noon are printed the next business day.

Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or Queensland public holidays. The counter is open on Saturday morning, but Saturday is not a production day. We print the file you send. We do not create artwork on the day. If the file is not ready, the order cannot stay in the same-day queue.

Collection is free from the 24/7 box in the laneway between 21 and 17 Castlemaine Street, at the second roller door on the right. Posted orders use $14 standard shipping or $18 Express Post, and those transit times start after dispatch.
