Value Custom Unisex T Shirt: fabric and modern fit

This value tee gives you a straightforward cotton base for your own logo, photograph, illustration or wording. The modern unisex fit suits customers who want an everyday short-sleeve crew-neck T-shirt for events, clubs, promotions or personal wear.

The jersey is made from 100% combed cotton and is preshrunk to help minimise shrinkage. Its nominal weight is 150gsm, within the supplied 140–160gsm specification. The shaved fabric finish removes surface hair for a smoother appearance.

Black and white, in sizes XS to 5XL

Choose a black custom T-shirt for artwork that contrasts with a dark background, or a white custom T-shirt for a light base. Preview your design on the colour you intend to order, especially if it includes white lettering, dark outlines or fine detail.

Both colours are offered in XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Compare the measurements in this product’s size guide with a T-shirt you already wear. Full-colour custom printing and available positions

Add your own artwork to create a personalised tee or a coordinated look for a group. Full-colour custom printing is available in the following positions:

• Front: for a main design, logo, photograph or wording.
• Back: for a larger rear design, event information or a team message.
• Left sleeve and right sleeve: for smaller logos or supporting artwork.
• Neck: for a small design at the upper back, below the collar.
• Tail: for a small design near the lower hem.
• Label area: for a custom printed inside-neck detail.

Choose the positions you need in the online designer and check the updated price before checkout. Available print positions do not mean every position is included in the starting price. The tear-away label is a garment feature; custom label-area printing is a separate print option.

Print dimensions depend on the garment size and selected position. A sleeve or label design needs to be smaller than a main front or back design. Use the designer’s placement limits and read our T-shirt print area guide when preparing your artwork.

How to design and order your custom tee

1. Choose black or white and enter your quantities by size.
2. Open the online designer and upload your finished artwork or build your layout with the available tools.
3. Select each print position and check the design’s size, placement, spelling and contrast.
4. Review your order, including the garment sizes, print options, displayed total and handling estimate.
5. Choose delivery or local pickup and complete checkout.

For most artwork uploads, use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background where the shirt should show through. Aim for 300 pixels per inch at the intended print size. Artwork is printed as supplied, so check it carefully before ordering. This product does not include a full artwork creation service. The “Your Design Here” wording in the product photos is an example of a custom print; upload the artwork you want on your order.

Allow 5–7 business days for handling

The handling time for the Value Custom Unisex T Shirt is 5–7 business days. This is the estimated time to prepare your order for collection or dispatch. It does not include postal delivery. Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays.

Caring for your custom printed cotton T-shirt

Follow the garment care instructions and any print-care advice supplied with your order. Wash inside out on a cold, gentle cycle, avoid bleach and do not iron directly over the print.
