Same Day Polycotton Impact Cap with Custom Print

Need custom printed caps today for a business event, trade show, promotion, team, staff uniform, giveaway or last-minute branding requirement? This same day printing service is designed for customers who need a fast, practical and reliable way to order printed caps online without waiting through standard production times.

Order by 12 Noon on a business day with print-ready artwork and your caps will be printed and ready for local collection or dispatch by 4–5pm the same day.

Orders placed after noon are printed the next business day. This helps ensure urgent orders are handled clearly and fairly, while still giving same day priority to orders placed before the cut-off.

How Same Day Cap Printing Works

Same day cap orders are produced using professional digital printing methods. We use DTF printing or DTG printing, depending on the artwork and the best production method for the order.

You do not need to choose the print method yourself. Our team selects the most suitable option based on your design and the production requirements of the order.

• Same day cut-off: 12 Noon on business days
• Same day ready time: 4–5pm when ordered before the cut-off with print-ready artwork
• After cut-off orders: Printed the next business day
• Print methods: DTF or DTG digital printing
• Artwork: Print-ready artwork required
• Ordering: Completed online through our design tool

Because this is a rush production service, artwork should be ready to print before the order is placed. Artwork that requires editing, redrawing or major correction may delay production.

Same Day Cut-Off, Collection and Dispatch

To qualify for same day production, your order must be placed by 12:00 noon on a business day with print-ready artwork supplied at checkout.

Order Same Day before 12 noon on a business day and it’s usually ready later that afternoon, around 4–5pm. We’ll notify you when it’s ready. Please wait for that message before coming in. Once you receive your notification, you can collect your order from our 24/7 collection box in the laneway between 21 and 17 Castlemaine St. Orders placed after noon are printed the next business day.

• Orders placed by 12 Noon are printed and ready by 4–5pm the same day
• Orders placed after noon are printed the next business day
• Orders are available for local collection or dispatch once completed
• Australia-wide delivery is available through Australia Post
• Delivery time is separate from our production time

Important: Same day means your order is produced the same business day when placed by 12 Noon on a business day with print-ready artwork. Orders placed after noon are printed the next business day. Same day does not mean same day delivery. If your order is extremely urgent, local collection is usually the safest option.
