Why We Recommend This Active Tee

This is one of the options we recommend when a customer needs something lighter than an everyday cotton T-shirt. The smooth polyester fabric works well for team branding, event artwork, sponsor logos and staff uniforms, while the regular fit gives the wearer room to move.

It is particularly useful for fun runs, fitness groups, outdoor promotions, sporting clubs and workplaces where a lightweight polyester shirt makes more sense than a heavier cotton tee.

It is important to know that this is a polyester performance-style garment, not a cotton lifestyle tee. If you prefer the feel and appearance of cotton for casual everyday wear, another garment may be a better choice. We would rather help you select the right shirt than sell you the wrong one.

Garment Details

The PA408 is made from 100% spun-dyed polyester with a fabric weight of 135gsm. It has a round neckline, short sleeves, a soft-touch finish and a regular men’s fit.

The supplier describes the spun-dyeing process as using less water and providing better colour fastness than conventional dyeing. The garment is also listed by the supplier as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.

Custom Printing

Your design can be printed on the front, back, left sleeve, right sleeve or other available positions shown in the online designer. The maximum usable print size depends on the garment size, artwork proportions and selected position. A standard front or back print can be up to approximately 400 × 450mm where the garment allows.

We use DTF or DTG digital printing according to the garment colour, artwork and required result. Our production team selects the appropriate method rather than expecting customers to understand the technical differences between printing processes.

The product price and any additional print-position fees are shown while you build your order. Adding printing to multiple areas will increase the finished price.

Artwork Requirements

For the cleanest result, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background. Artwork should be supplied at the required proportions and ready to print. Very small text, fine lines and low-resolution images may not reproduce clearly.

If you use the online design tool, carefully check the spelling, placement, scale and garment colour shown in your preview before submitting the order. We print from the artwork supplied with the order.

Colours and Sizes

The PA408 Men’s Run Active Tee is available in:

Black, Bright Blue, Bright Yellow, Grey Melange, Lime, Navy, Orange, Red and White.

Available sizes are S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL and 5XL. Not every size is necessarily available in every colour, so the options shown when ordering provide the most relevant availability.

Screen settings can affect how garment colours appear. Bright Yellow is a particularly vivid colour, but this product should not be treated as compliant high-visibility safety wear unless a relevant certification is specifically stated.

Production, Collection and Delivery

Standard handling is 6–10 business days and begins after the order and print-ready artwork have been received. Handling time is the time required to produce the order and does not include shipping time.

Completed orders can be collected from our Coorparoo collection point after you receive confirmation that they are ready. Australia-wide delivery is also available, with shipping options and costs shown during checkout.

Care Instructions

• Wash the shirt inside out
• Use a cold or gentle machine wash
• Avoid bleach and fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry unless permitted by the garment label
• Do not iron directly over the printed design
• Follow the garment label and supplied print-care instructions
