Standard handling is 6–10 business days once your order, payment and print-ready artwork are complete. Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays. Artwork queries or changes can affect when production begins.
Handling covers preparation and production; delivery time is additional. Selecting Express Post changes the postal service and does not shorten the cap’s production time.
