AS Colour Men Staple Stone Wash T Shirt with Custom Print

AS Colour Men Staple Stone Wash T Shirt with Custom Print – Lightweight Stone Washed Tee with 6 to 10 Business Day Handling

Our custom printed AS Colour Men Staple Stone Wash T Shirt is built for teams, brands, and events that want a lighter stone washed blank with a worn-in character and a dependable 6–10 business day turnaround. The regular-fit silhouette keeps everyday wear straightforward, while the 160 GSM combed cotton and 32-singles yarn offer a soft hand-feel that sits below the weight of our heavier stone washed options on site.

Printed in Australia, each order is produced on an AS Colour Staple Stone Wash blank: lightweight 160 GSM, 32-singles, 100% combed cotton, crew neck with neck ribbing, side seamed construction, shoulder to shoulder tape, double needle hems, and preshrunk fabric to minimise shrinkage. The stone wash finish delivers a vintage-inspired, worn look—shade and wash pattern can vary slightly between dye lots, which is normal for this type of garment. Available in Black Stone, Ash Stone, Blue Stone, Moss Stone, and Orchid Stone in sizes S to 3XL.

Who This Service Is For

This standard custom printing service is ideal for:

• Businesses ordering branded stone washed tees with a lighter hand-feel than heavy fleece-weight styles
• Teams, clubs, and promoters who want a regular-fit tee with worn-in wash character
• Events and retail ranges where breathable combed cotton and flexible timelines matter
• Anyone who prefers a 160 GSM staple tee over a 220 GSM heavy stone washed blank for everyday rotation

This product suits customers who can plan ahead with standard 6–10 business day handling.

Upload your artwork, or create it using our online design tool. Please ensure your design is print-ready before submitting.

Why choose this stone wash tee for custom printing?

If you want stone washed character without the heavier body of a 220 GSM tee, this Staple Stone Wash style is the lighter counterpart to options such as the AS Colour Men’s Heavy Stone Washed T Shirt on our site. The 160 GSM combed cotton and 32-singles construction feel nimble for warm days, layering, and high-turnover uniforms, while the regular fit and classic crew neck stay easy to size across a group.

Stone washing gives each piece a worn-in look; expect natural variation in wash depth between batches. For bulk runs where you need consistent vintage-inspired texture and print-friendly cotton, this blank pairs well with logos, event art, and retail graphics—especially when you want a staple tee that reads “lived-in” rather than crisp dress-weight cotton.
