AS Colour Kids Staple Long Sleeve T Shirt with Custom Print

AS Colour Kids Staple Long Sleeve T Shirt with Custom Print – 6 to 10 Business Day Handling

This custom printed AS Colour Kids Staple Long Sleeve T Shirt gives junior wardrobes the same mid-weight cotton hand-feel as the short-sleeve Staple line, with long sleeves for playgrounds, classrooms, and cooler weather. At 180 GSM and 28 singles, the jersey stays substantial enough for crisp artwork without reading bulky on smaller sizes.

Standard handling is 6–10 business days, which suits school bundles, junior club kits, and family orders where you can lock artwork and sizes ahead of production. T Shirts Australia prints every order in Australia using professional digital printing on the AS Colour blank you choose.

Who This Service Is For

This standard custom printing service works well for:

• Schools and childcare programs ordering branded kids layers outside peak summer-only tee runs
• Junior sports clubs needing a staple long sleeve under jumpers or on its own for training nights
• Events, fundraisers, and camp merch where parents want sleeves for sun or warmth
• Retail or promo ranges keeping a tight colour palette (White, Black, Grey Marle) on one reliable kids block

Plan ahead around the 6–10 business day production window.

Printing & Production

We use professional digital printing methods (Direct to Film (DTF) and Direct to Garment (DTG)). Orders proceed to print with the artwork supplied at checkout. The method used depends on design and garment colour.

Upload your artwork, or create it using our online design tool. Please ensure your design is print-ready before submitting.

Why choose this kids long sleeve Staple for custom printing?

If you already sell or uniform the AS Colour Kids Staple T Shirt (short sleeve) from our range, this long sleeve variant keeps the same 180 GSM mid-weight cotton story and regular Staple fit, swapping in sleeves for term-two layers, evening training, or simply a different silhouette on the same trusted block.

Grey Marle gives a soft heathered surface thanks to the 15% viscose marle blend—handy when you want neutral contrast against bold one-colour logos—while White and Black remain classic bases for DTG-heavy artwork or cleaner crest placements. Compared with heavier fleece layers elsewhere on site, this remains a tee-weight long sleeve, so sizing and artwork placement stay closer to what you expect from youth jersey blanks.
