Brave Browser has strong privacy features that can sometimes interfere with the design builder. Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Click the Brave Shields icon (lion) in your address bar
  2. Set Shields to “Down” for our website only
  3. Refresh the page

Alternatively, you can keep Shields up but allow fingerprinting and cookies for our site. This is needed because the design canvas uses technology that Brave may block by default.

If you continue to have issues, we recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox for the best experience with the design builder.
