Limepay Terms of Use

General Agreement

These terms constitute an agreement between you (the customer), David J Seth trading as The Custom T Shirt Shop (the Merchant), and Limepay Pty Ltd. Limepay administers the payment plans provided through our site, allowing you to pay:

  1. Pay in 4: Split your payment into four installments.
  2. Pay in Full: Pay the full amount upfront.

By entering into a payment plan, you agree to these terms and Limepay’s Privacy Policy.

Summary of Payment Options

Pay in 4

  • Approval Required: Limepay reserves the right to approve or decline Pay in 4 plans.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 1st payment upfront.
    • 3 subsequent payments due every fortnight.
  • Automatic Payments: Payments are automatically deducted from your nominated card.
  • Late Fees:
    • $5 per failed payment (maximum of 3 late fees per plan).
    • Late fees are added to the next scheduled payment.

Pay in Full

  • Full payment is processed on the day of purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for Limepay’s payment plans, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Provide accurate personal information.
  3. Use a valid debit or credit card.

Responsibilities of the Customer

  • Ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated account.
  • Provide truthful information and promptly update any changes.
  • Use the payment plan responsibly and only for intended purchases.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Late Payments: Late fees will apply for missed payments.
  • Debt Recovery: Unpaid balances may be referred to collection agencies, potentially impacting your credit score.
  • Termination: Payment plans may be terminated if payments are not made or if misuse is detected.

Refunds

Pay in 4

  • Full or partial refunds will adjust the remaining payments or reimburse excess amounts already paid.

Pay in Full

  • Refunds are processed directly to the payment method used.

  1. Identity Verification: Limepay may request documentation for identity verification and payment assessments.
  2. Amendments: These terms may be updated for future payment plans.
