  • I am 18 or older.
  • I own this artwork or I have permission to sell it on these products.
  • I am responsible for tax on the commission I receive.
  • I am responsible for copyright, trademarks, permissions and likeness rights. The shop does not check this before a product is listed.
  • Logos, teams, celebrities, films, games and other people’s art are not allowed without permission.
  • Adult, sexual, hateful or violent artwork is not allowed. Kids’ products must suit children. I will not title or describe work as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander art unless I am an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
  • The shop can remove a design, or close the affiliate account, without having to prove a legal claim.
  • A volume discount or a shop coupon reduces the commission. Commission is a percentage of the discounted product total. Shipping is excluded.
  • Commission is payable 21 days after the order is completed, and only if the order has not been refunded. Payouts are manual once $20 is ready to pay.
  • T Shirts Australia is the seller to the customer. I do not receive the buyer’s address.
  • A complaint that does not say what is owned, and why this design uses it, is dismissed. A real claim takes the design off sale. The complainant is not given my name, email or phone until I have had 7 days to respond and the shop upholds the claim. My address and PayPal email stay with the shop unless a formal legal request arrives.
  • Three upheld copyright problems close the affiliate account. If this login is also a customer, I can still buy.
