At T Shirts Australia, we understand that issues can arise. This Return and Refund Policy is designed to clarify what is reasonable and to provide a clear process for addressing any concerns.

We are committed to helping you resolve any problems with your order while maintaining transparency and fairness. Below are the guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation of Orders

All cancellations are subject to a 33% restocking fee, unless waived by T Shirts Australia due to stock shortages or unfulfilled stock orders.

Returns Process

How to Return an Item

  1. Request an RA Number:

    • Email admin@tshirtsaustralia.au with:
      • The reason for the return.
      • Your invoice number.
      • The purchase date.
    • We will provide you with an RA (Return Authorization) number.

  2. Ship Your Return:

    • Mark your RA number clearly on the back of the parcel.

    • Include your return address.

    • Send your items to:

    • Provide us with any tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items without tracking.

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible Returns:

    • Faulty or damaged items.
    • Garments with faulty prints.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items returned due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or improper garment care.
    • Items with wear and tear, noticeable damage, or that are not in like-new condition.
    • Returns after 21 days of dispatch.

Important Notes for Customers

When We Cannot Take Responsibility

  1. Design Errors:

    • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in your uploaded file.
    • Low-resolution or poor-quality images uploaded to our server.

  2. Product Specifications:

    • Incorrect product type, size, or color chosen by the customer.
    • The print area exceeds the stated maximum dimensions (350mm wide x 400mm long).

  3. Appearance Variations:

    • Slight color differences between garments and website images.
    • Variations in image sizing based on garment size.
    • Garment shrinkage if not pre-shrunk, as noted on the website.

  4. Shipping Issues:

    • Incorrect shipping address entered during checkout.

Replacement or Refunds

Replacements: Faulty items will be replaced wherever possible.

Refunds: If a replacement is not feasible, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is to reach a satisfactory resolution for both parties.

Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Reimbursement for shipping charges may be offered at our discretion.

Care and Maintenance

Follow the size guide and care instructions to ensure correct sizing and maintain the integrity of your garments. If a garment is damaged despite proper care, return it to us for assessment.
