• Handling Times: Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your blank T shirt orders to be processed.
• Shipping Options:
  • Local Pickup: Available at our Brisbane store, located at 6/50 Hume St, Norman Park QLD 4170.
  • Courier Service: All shipped orders are dispatched via Australia Post, with both Standard and Express options available. (Please note that opting for Express Shipping will not affect the handling time.)
• Order Placement: We do not accept email or phone orders. All orders must be made online or in-store.

3. Processing: Once your order is received, you’ll get a Processing Email with all the necessary details. We’ll either pick your stock from our store or order it from our wholesaler.
4. Collection or Shipping: We will notify you when your order is ready for in-store pickup or send you tracking information for shipped orders.
5. Completion: After your order has been delivered or collected, we will close and complete your order.
